On behalf of the Town Center Elementary School Parent Teacher Association (PTA), I would like to welcome you to Town Center Elementary School at Plainsboro! It is an honor to be your president again this year and to be working with such a terrific and dedicated team of parent volunteers, teachers and staff.

The Town Center Elementary School PTA is an active, volunteer organization where parents and teachers work together to provide educational, fun and enriching programs for our children and families. Our mission is simple – we are dedicated to children.

Everything we do is for the benefit of our students, including cultural and educational student assemblies, parent education programs, Fall Fest, book fairs, family fun nights, and health and safety programs. None of this can take place without the PTA.

Parent involvement has been proven to increase student success! When parents are involved in their children’s education, their children do better in school and schools improve. The more extensive the parent involvement, the higher the student achievement.

Communication is important to us. Please keep this handbook for future reference. It is full of important information. Visit our website at www.towncenterpta.org. Learn about upcoming PTA events, programs, and parent information. We also publish a PTA Newsletter that will go home monthly.
