National PTA’s Reflections Program is an arts recognition and achievement program. It offers students the opportunity to create works of art for fun and recognition. Students are encouraged to create and submit works of art in four areas: literature, musical composition, photography, and the visual arts.

Submissions are judged by professionals in the respective arts areas, and selected works will be advanced to the state or national levels for judging. The theme for 2003-2004 is “I am really happy when…”
